Delete your account
How to delete your Balamentum account and its data.
In the app
- Open Balamentum and sign in.
- Open the settings, tab “Allgemein” (General).
- In the “Konto” (Account) card, tap “Delete account” and confirm both steps.
If a subscription is still running, cancel it first in the “Abo” (Subscription) tab. If you are the last admin of a group with other members, first make someone else an admin or dissolve the group.
What is deleted
Your account with all tasks, series, pillars, categories, settings, access tokens and push registrations. Groups in which you are the only member are deleted as well. Tasks you created for others in groups stay with the recipients, without you as the creator.
What is kept
We keep invoices and subscription records for the statutory retention period and delete them afterwards.
Without access to the app
Write to us from the email address of your account. We delete the account within one month and confirm it to you. balamentum@modevel.de
